Appointments

Please call the practice or use the website contact form to make an appointment with us.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may be unable to make an appointment. In the event of this happening we request that you try to give us as much notice as possible so that another patient has the opportunity to use that time slot. We ask that at least 24 hours notice of cancellation be given for dental appointments and at least 48 hours notice for hygiene appointments.

"Failure to attend" means any of the following:

  • Arriving too late to be seen
  • Not arriving for an appointment at all
  • Not giving enough notice of not being able to attend – guidelines above

Completely missing an appointment not only has an impact on you, but also on other patients. This is because we are unable to offer your time slot to other patients, whereby we may be able to complete their treatment sooner. As a result we operate a very strict policy on failing to turn up for an appointment.
